My buddy recently purchased a US Cutter vinyl plotter and we are able to plot from the signmaking software that came with it which is SignBlazer 06 but I'd like to use Casmate Pro 6.52 since I am more comfortable with casmate. Anyways within Casmate, I go under Misc->Setup and the Setup window pops up. Under "Available Plotter Files" there is supposed to be a list of plotter files but there isn't any. Its blank. I was going to use the "pnc1200" from the list to try and run the US Cutter plotter. When I worked for a sign company, that was the plotter file we used for the plotters that weren't listed within Casmate. Right now. Casmate is installed on my buddies computer that has Windows Vista on it. My computer downstairs, has Windows XP and under "Available Plotter Files" I can see the list of available plotter files.

5.pada tampilan berikutnya pilih NEXT sampai instalasi berjalan hingga selesai.
6.Buka folder Crack dari CD, Double Klik file Patch.Zip( Open) kemudian klik Unzip, OK, Close.
7.Buka folder Casfonts dari CD, Copy-kan semua isi folder tersebut ke folder C:\Casfonts
8.selesai.
3.Merubah Description pada menu setup, pilih Description akan muncul Description Parameter lalu ubah isi parameter Height menjadi sama dengan isi Width 25400.00mm. Lalu klik OK.
4.Setelah semua kita set lalu pada window Setup klik Set As Defautl Plotter. Lalu tekan tombol Close. Proses setting Driver sudah selesai.
5.Unit Setting pada software : Pilih kembali menu MISC lalu pilih Unit Setting pilih pada kotak Units satuan yang kita inginkan mm atau inch
setelah install casmate anda bisa install driver mesin cutting GCC (Puma atau Jaguar) pada menu MISC di casmate anda bisa meng-add driver dari available plotter yang tersedia. Untuk GCC anda bisa meng-add beberapa type driver antara lain GRC, GRC-61, dan lain-lain.
Win7 ada yg 32bit dan 64bit. casmate memang program yang sudah usang dimakan jaman tapi sangat berguna buat rekan2 yang memiliki mesin cutting sticker. Sayang sekali saya belum sempat install casmate di Win 7. Nanti saya akan coba untuk install Casmate di win 7 harap bersabar ?
Untuk tutorial kami tidak memiliki buku cetaknya. Tapi kalau sekedar pemakian atau tutorial program sebenarnya kalau anda sudah meng-install diprogram casmate ada help nya tinggal tekan tombol F1 help about tentang menu2 yg tersedia di casmate di sediakan keterangannya.
Mr. Herman coba desain di corel seperti biasa biasakan desain line nya hairline.
lalu export desain anda dengan extention nya *.eps lalu setelah di export buka file tersebut buka casmate file di import jangan lupa pilih extention nya eps dan arahkan di folder tempat anda export file tersebut.

Saya belum pernah coba untuk copy all file dari PC yang sudah terinstall Casmate 6.52 ke PC yang belum ada casmate, Setahu saya Program Casmate ini butuh di istall dari master CD nya. Cara install nya sudah bisa kan ?

selama ini sy pakai casmate, semua file tersimpan dgn format scv. kebetulan sy format os win 7 64 bit, trnyata si casmate ngga competible dan tdk bs terinstall, gmna cara mensiasati file-file scv sy agar bs terbuka dgn software lain yg sejenis. mohon pencerahannya. trims
