supplemental produce (what I don't grow myself), meats, cheeses and bulk products.  would also be interested in the deli-type function with grab n' go options.  and natural personal hygiene products (shampoos, etc.)

I'd buy just about anything that was available--fruit, veggies, meat,
bread, yogurt. I'd also buy, less regularly, honey, sweets, canned/
preserved things: pickles, jams, and if someone around here like Black
River Roasters wanted to sell coffee, I'd do that, too.

Bulk Dry Food items (oats, beans, lentils, granola, rice)
Eggs (from a reputable place like Havenswood Farms)
Honey (local, raw)
Kale, Carrots, Celery, Beets, Ginger, Apples, etc.
