Morpheus on MacOS without Homebrew

I appreciate that there are a lot of advantages to Homebrew for developers and individuals installing software on personal devices however there are a lot of disadvantages to installing software via Homebrew for Managers academic and corporate computing environments. I appreciate it would have to be either a universal Binary or there would need to be seperate intel and arm Binaries. Is there any way to just downloading a precompiled Morpheus Application or package for MacOS?

Similar to the archive of old versions found here

but with the newer versions.
