Good afternoon, dear colleagues!

I was reading a paper of 2007 year from the founders of Morpheus about modeling the behavior of rod-shaped bacteria:

One of the described approaches was the lattice model, in the role of which the CPM acted.
And I have a question:  is there now in Morpheus a corresponding term for the Hamiltonian?

Is it possibble to find some demonstration about this model proposed by Andreas Deutsch and Jorn Starruss?

Dear Earvin,

unfortunately  this model dates back to a pre-Morpheus-era and cell composed out of sub-cells are currently not supported. However, there is a good chance to get this feature in with Morpheus 3.0, but that will be some time in the future.

Best, Joern Starruss
