Welcome everyone,
With the aspiration to help people interested in MorningSun feel more
connected, we have created this email group. Please share your
aspiration as it connects with MorningSun.
My wife Annie and I moved to MorningSun in August. Since then we have
been splitting our time between here and New York City, where we are
involved in organizing with the Occupy Wall St movement.
I feel deeply grateful to be a part of MorningSun at this stage. I
believe that the time is right in the development of Buddhism for
communities of lay practitioners to become a strong force in turning
the wheel of dharma. As Thay has said, building community is the most
important thing a person can do.
I hope to live in service of this ideal.
