Dear Morningside Friends,

I trust this finds you all renewed as we begin another week of our one life. 

Jack Klotz and I are shepherds in MPC's Community Outreach. We coordinate events related to Senior Citizens. One such program is: HOMES - Home Owner Maintenance and Enhancement for Seniors, sponsored by Senior Citizens Services of Atlanta. It is a program for homeowners over the age of sixty who are unable to perform, obtain or afford certain repairs in their homes. 

You are receiving this email though the Morningside Young Adult email list. We have a few people signed up, but would like to have a few more. About 10 total would work nicely.

Our scheduled event is:

Saturday, Sept. 10th, 2011, from 9:00am-1:00pm

The location of our participation will be known by Tuesday or Wednesday of this coming week. Tools are provided. If you have any personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, etc.), feel free to bring along. More information to follow.

We have a signup sheet in the Narthex area. We need your response by tomorrow, Sunday, September 4th. If you haven't already signed up, please reply to this email.
