May event: A little service, a little socializing over Memorial Day weekend

Hey everyone,
For our May event, the Young Adults are invited to help provide and
serve a meal for the 30 guests at Clifton Sanctuary (369 Connecticut
Ave., Candler Park) on Saturday, May 28. Since we're serving over a
holiday weekend, we wanted to make things simple by ordering pizzas
and providing salad and dessert.
If you're in town and would like to help (or if you’d like to drop
something off before you go), we need a few people to:
Contribute toward pizzas ($5, $10, or whatever you would like)
Provide salad for 30 (could split this into 2 people bringing salad
for 15 each)
Provide dessert for 30
We’ll meet at Clifton to start prepping and serving at 5:30 pm and
we’ll likely be finished around 7 pm, so we can plan to grab a drink/
dinner down the street in one of the restaurants in Candler Park or
Inman Park afterward!
No need to reply all – just send me an email if you’re interested in
helping out in any way. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Happy Monday!
Just wanted to send a quick reminder about the Memorial Day weekend dinner at Clifton and dinner/drinks outing afterward.
We still need one salad for 15 and we need pizza donors!
If you can help, please respond and let me know what amount you'd like to contribute toward the pizzas so we can plan the meal. You can bring the pizza donations to me at church in the next two weeks or drop them in an envelope in Shannon's mailbox in the session room anytime (please drop me a note if you plan to do this).
