I've updated the system-wide guidelines:
  • Added section on subheadings
  • Added section on two-column text
  • Added section on illustrations/photographs
  • Added section on the first words of chapters
  • Added section on removing spaces before punctuation
  • Added section on scripture references
  • Clarified section on italics
