Ben,

I'm working on MAA_Page_081 from "Mediation and Atonement". I can't
get the form to allow 4 spaces before each line of the quotation.
Also, the page starts with a new chapter; should I add 4 line breaks
at the beginning of the page, and 2 after the chapter number?

Putting four spaces at the beginning of the first line is fine. (I end up wrapping the line to 70 characters wide anyway.)

And yes, add four line breaks before and two after.
