You need to do try the following:

My members are listed as non-verified. What does that mean?

If members of your group are listed as non-verified, it likely means
they haven't verified their email addresses and can't receive mail
from the group.

They can verify their email addresses and join your group by logging
in here: https://www.google.com/groups/signin

If they've already logged in to their accounts, they can get another
verification mail: https://www.google.com/groups/verify

It's also possible that their email addresses belong to verified
accounts, but they haven't accepted their invitation to join your
group. If this is the case, their addresses will be listed as non-
verified in your Manage members page. To view a list of these
addresses, click Management tasks on your group homepage. In the
Manage members section, select Open Invitations.
