/>Hi Tony We used to keep Blade on a river pontoon which dried out at low water and as Boudewijn has already said the MG30 has a distinct weight bias towards the bow , it was never a problem as long as the lines are set accordingly , a line ashore from the mast to heel her over is recommended its just too much weight to risk on the bow and stern lines alone. Dont worry about the bottom of the keel it is quiet strong when we had Blade on her cradle over the winter she was resting only on a couple of feet or so of the cradle at the bow the stern timbers were almost useless. The berth on the river we had was actually deep mud and it held the keel surprisingly well , the downside was the mud seemed to reduce the effect of the antifouling . but a good going in a stiff breeze soon sorted that.
enjoy youre break regards Doug
