CAR T or general T cell co-cultures with BMOs

Dear TooT,

Did you ever culture/engraft primary T cells (I know you are doing CAR Ts) or a T cell line together with the BMOs?
If so, did you adjust culture media / cytokines etc or was it not a problem with the standard late-stage BMO medium conditions and at what stage do you usually add the T cells?

Hey Karo - Eleanor and Zoe are the real experts, so I will let them answer more completely. 

But a short answer is yes - we've done this in a few different formats. We do find it's important to be mindful of the cocktail (IL2, IL7, IL15 etc) as they have an effect on activation and efficacy. Otherwise it's just been StemPro-34 as per the usual for the late stage conditions. Typically engraftment still earlier time point, we try and go between d14-d18 for best results.
