Hi everyone,
I’m trying to reproduce the granual microgel step using thrombin and fibrinogen and wanted to check which thrombin you’re using. Could you please let me know the species/source, brand, and catalog number?

Sigma - T4393-100UN
Merck- 605157-KU (I think this is cheaper and is what we are currently using).
