exogenous cell engraftment time point

Hello everyone,

In the comBO paper, the cell engraftment was done on day 21, while differentiation cytokines are still added to the medium (e.g. hSCF, M-CSF). Can the cell engraftment be done later (e.g. day 35)? For specific scientific question, I want to separate organoid maturation with engraftment of exogenous cells as much as possible.

Hey Kenneth - we haven't done engraftments later than d28, but I think it's worth trying. If you have a fluorescent cell line you can plonk in and track at later time points that would make it pretty straightforward.
