ComBO protocol – cytokine concentration during 50:50 media change

Hi everyone, 

I have a quick question about cytokine concentrations.

From day 7 onwards in the ComBO protocol (microgel), when changing the media 50:50, do you add 50 µL of media with cytokines and reagents at the concentrations specified in the protocol, or do you double them, adding 50 µL of media with 2× cytokines, which are then diluted 1:2?

Hey Beatrice,

Right first time! Use the amounts listed from memory (50ng VEGFA, 25ng VEGFC etc). I see where you’re coming from with the 2X question but that’s what we do.
