Hi TooT,
I have a question regarding the general outcome of organoids produced following Nat. Prot.
I have noticed considerable heterogeneity in the morphology of organoids from day 12 onwads. Some of my organoids look good but others are misshapen or seem empty in the centre. When BMOs are extracted and cultured as individual organoids, some have a disorganised aspect, some are fused, and others have a translucent core.

I have attached some images and would appreciate your opinion. Do you usually see a general heterogeneity? Would you feel confident using all these organoids for your experiment or do you think it would be better to exclude some?

Thank you very much!
Camilla
