Glanular gel (expiration date)

Hi everyone,

First of all, it's really great to be part of a group like this. Seeing people openly share their knowledge and help each other out is one of the things I love most about science.

@Abdullah and team, thank you for all the support and for sharing your work with the community. We've learned a lot from it.

I have a quick question about the comBO protocol.

We've tried it a few times now and it's worked really well. However, we've only been using small amounts of the gel, so we've ended up with quite a bit of the collagen mix left over. Has anyone had any experience freezing the collagen mix for later use? If not, how long would you consider the prepared mix to remain usable?

Thanks for the kind words - sorry for the delay in getting back to you! I get busier and busier and it's harder to stay on top of these.... 

Glad to hear it's working well! 

By collagen mix - do you mean the full preparation of the Col I:IV mix specifically? if the latter, we don't freeze it but it's been stable at 4 degrees for 6-8 months.
