Add to NuGet

Hi Guys, I really like your work with MoreLinq. You know what I would
even like more? Is when you add your library to NuGet. That would
really boost up productivity.

I agree. Getting this into NuGet would make my life, personally, so
much smoother, and I'm sure it would greatly increase visibility of
this great library.

It's probably worth bearing in mind that the focus of MoreLINQ became somewhat experimental when we saw that Reactive Extensions actually contained a lot of the same stuff.

Having said that, I wouldn't object to putting this into Nuget. I think I'd probably want to review all the code again first, mind you...
