HERE'S AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET INVOLVED.

Community Futures is hosting a FREE adult Economic Simulation in Fort Macleod on Saturday June 14th from Noon - 4pm.  Many local town Mayors and Councillors will be in attendance, but there are also several seats available for citizens at large.  Although the simulation is advertised as a "game,"  the strategic planning that follows has a huge influence on economic policy over the next several years.  Lunch is provided.  See attached flyer.

Hello everybody,

 

I can now confirm that we will be going ahead with the “Canada Prairie Futures Game” on Saturday, June 14^th in Fort Macleod at the Fort Macleod & District Community Hall (307 – 25^th Street (Hwy. #3 W). We have around 20 people that have expressed an interest and we are still able to accept more registrants. This event is free of charge.

 

Community Futures Alberta Southwest will be providing a light lunch at 12 noon and the session will be from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.  Selena McLean-Moore and Linda Erickson, from Alberta Innovation and Advanced Education will be presenting the session.

 

It promises to be a very enjoyable and educational session. It will inspire the leaders of our communities to make good decisions on whatever planning they are doing.
