Add initial classes and commented sample conf for using ElasticFacade as a datasource for the EntityFacade, for purposes such as logging with limited sql querying needs (use ElasticFacade directly to query more flexibly), ArtifactHit is a good test example; limited progress, mostly just plumbing and TODO comments
