Mailing list visibility

Hi Team,

As per the Community Guide [1] all the mailing list except board can be a view online, no need to subscribe for view, but these mailing lists are not visible if I am not subscribed. 

Need to change the group's visibility (Who can view conversations) to  "anyone on the web" to make it visible to everyone.
