I believe Github changed their system to no longer provide updates.

It could be something else, but I recall Github sending updates regarding this.

The settings on the moqui-framework repo look fine for email notifications, so I looked at the google groups side and the 'nor...@github.com' email address was no longer a member... I don't know how that happened but I've added it back so hopefully the notifications will start flowing again.
