Modifications on example config and acl

I made some small modifcations on the example mopherd.conf.md and mail.acl.md

In mopherd.conf.md I added the defaults where they have been omitted, mentioned the exported symbols of 3 more modules (they looked interesting, but i could be totaly wrong on that). In mail.acl.md i tweaked some things for consistence.
