man pages

I have build a very basic man page for mopherd that i would like to share. It is made out of parts of the Readme.md and mopherd.conf.md. Additional pages for mopherd.conf and mail.acl are planned and will be shared if time permits and Petar dosent kill me for doing things in a area where he surely had put effort into :-)

I'm not at my desk today. I'll add your man page to the mopher repository
tomorrow. As far is know Petar has almost finished man pages for mopherd,
mopherd.conf and mail.acl. We'll need to integrate them into your page as soon
as finished.

No need to hurry. And if it is worth adding to the repo is out of my scope :)
Petar may consider if he could reuse something from it or silent discard it. It is just ment to be a placeholder until the the real thing arrives.
