Regarding the Oxford IPR Moot.

Dear All,

As per the MCS Offering Policy published prior to the moot offering
conducted post selection rounds MCS was not to offer any international
moots apart from Jessup, Vienna, Vis East and Man Lachs. Hence,
technically the Oxford Moot should not have been offered. As this
policy issue needs to be determined by a committee vote, the same is
being done tomorrow itself and a decision will be given on the same
day. Offering of this moot is now suspended. Those who have already
applied, your applications remain suspended as well. Once a decision
on the policy is taken and MCS puts up the same those who have already
applied need to only send a mail confirming their prior application
while any new applicants may also apply as the time will be extended
accordingly.

Dear All,

MCS retracts the offering of this moot due to its policy not to offer
international moots as secondary moots. Till further notification of
any different practice, MCS will not be offering international moots
as secondary moots.
