Moot on Offer

[MCS, NLSIU Bangalore]

Hey,

Offering the 4th professor S.P. Sathe memorial Annual National Moot Court Competition held by ILS Pune on 13-14 Feb, 2010. Team 2 speakers + 1 researcher. Please note that this is a secondary moot being offered by MCS, in line with with our policy (see the updated policy on 19(1)(a) as of now). Theme is "Unenumerated Fundamental Rights under Indian Constitution" and the problem deals with the freedom of the press (whether it is independent of 19.1.a. etc etc).

Applications close at 5pm on Tuesday, 15th of December, 2009. Please do mention you rank, year in which that rank was achieved, and moots already taken with that rank, as well as position applied for. For clarifications please email us at the earliest.
