Hello,

I have a slideshow that i've set to appear on all pages but it's only
working on the home page. The loader icon appears but doesn't animate
and Firebug shows all elements of the slideshow in place except the
innermost <img> tags have picked up a display:none declaration and
they're not animating.

PPC Mac Firefox 3.6.24, Firebug 1.7.3
Same issues in Safari and in Firefox w/o Firebug.

Joomla 1.7 site, in development. I used the custom html plugin from
here: http://joe.jtricks.com/custom-html-advanced.html This allows the
insertion of script calls in a module. I set this module to appear on
all pages.
I made a custom module published to the header-b position and put in
the Slideshow 2 code including the calls to css and the slideshow 2
javascript. Do I need to get those out of the module and into the
template globally? All pages of this site will have slideshows so I
wouldn't mind if that was the case (although each page's slideshow
will be unique).

Thanks for any advice you can give.

Chris

Answering my own post:

Fixed it. Using absolute urls for all image, css and js links got it
to work on all menu items. Hope it helps somebody else. Let me know if
anything else I described in the original post is wrong (regarding use
of jtricks module etc.)

By the way, at an earlier stage of this not working I had forgotten to
include the link to slideshow.css. That made the kenburns refuse to
show the panning, even though Firebug reported the positioning
animations as if it was running fine.

Thanks.
