Attached please find my draft. A lot of reading has been done, but the content newly added does not seem to be that much. Anyway, I am looking forward to any comment.
It definitely has been an unforgettable experience for me to take this course, together with Prof. Yi, Joe, Whitehead and all the other peer friends. And I will see you tomorrow.

Dear Yusheng,
Here are my comments on this draft. Your English writing is excellent. Your arguments need to follow the Law - Application - Conclusion structure. You also need to have more relevant law and develops the facts more fully. Finally, you've misunderstood the nature of flight communications. With Space Stations and regular airline flights, the transmissions go out over radio frequencies that are open to everyone. If you want, you can listen to current International Space Station transmissions. Thus, your last issue is still off.
