MOOSE uses git for its revision control, so what you are asking is easily accomplished. Use the log and --before arguments to find the HASH of the version you are interested in. In your case:
git log --before 4-16-2018
Look for the commit you want, and check out that hash:
git checkout HASH
The 'hash' is that long string of alpha numeric characters you see…
