moose create project with docker installation is failed

Hi,

I was trying to create a basic application by following this link https://mooseframework.inl.gov/getting_started/new_users.html#create-an-app.

But I am getting error "failed to import pyhit - try running "make hit" in the $MOOSE_DIR/test directory" while running.

I installed moose using docker.

Can someone help me to solve this issue?
