They sell you lifetime serial codes and it is true but in reality they dont tell you all you have to know in your account you can see all you past purchase for at least 1 or 2 years so that means if you need this code after this period of time you must have the email with the order number and ask for the support service in case you dont have it means that you bought a limited time use serial code insted and no one will help you i suggest to all buyers to keep the codes in a personal file and not on this site i feel dissapointment about this because its like i wasted my money for something i thought it was lifetime so DONT TRUST THE SITE AS A CODE ARCHIVE they delete all files after a period on time

When I purchased the key within last hour they responded on Chat immediately when I told them less than 5 minutes later that key doesn t work no response on Chat no response to immediate e-mail notification neither Update They did eventually provide me with second key which did work

I purchased office 2019 pro nov 29 2019When I went to activate it it failed I have sent emails to service but no one answersI would like to resolve this issue As I paid 53 dollars I do have may credit card route I can take I m hopeful they will reach out to me DAfter listing this post urcdkey contacted me I m now satisfied with the out come but I have update their rating to average because I did get what I paid for They ask me to delete this review so that is a negative But again they did provide a valid key for now I will see if it stays valid for a year TksD

I have purchased some keys that have worked but if you get a key that doesn t don t expect a reply anytime soon If you are just buying a Windows key it might be worth a punt but for anything more expensive I would avoid I ve just purchased Office and they just won t reply Just thrown my money down the drain UPDATE After almost 24 hours I did finally get a response on their chat system and my issue has been resolved They need to be quicker than this though So to date all keys I have bought have worked
