You must Bow down before a picture of True Parents
at least three times. It is ok if you do 100 or more to
show your appreciation and dedication to Father's
will. Say a little prayer in between praising True Parents
and your names.

If you are dutiful sons and daughters of True Parents
maybe he will come to you in a vision, providing you
don't pass out from lack of oxygen first. It may destroy
a few brain cells in the process, but as long as you don't
fall down it shouldn't hurt.
