Today's Moonfire NVR release defaults to my new RTSP library. Please try it and let me know what problems you encounter!

If the new library doesn't work, you can restore the old behavior via --rtsp-library=ffmpeg for now. Once I have sufficient confidence in the new library, I'll remove this option.
