Hello there,

That's.... very strange.
It does sound like a typical case where the CAPS lock key would be enabled though no?

Hello,

my wife who uses a Mini BLE has discovered a problem with capitalization in the passwords

if you use the mini BLE and you manually select a login/password pair to inject it in a form field on a web page  (we encountered this case when moolticute did not recognize the login/password boxes in a web page or if moolticute is not installed on a computer), the mini BLE sends the password with the state of the uppercase letters reversed with respect to their state in the mini BLE (everything in uppercase is sent in lowercase and inversely) . if the same login/password is auto injected thru the moolticute extension, everything is correctly transmitted

in the same way, I use an original Mooltipass, and when I send manually (without going through moolticute) my login/password ... each time the '@' character is missing from the login (when the login is an email address for example) . Everything works fine, if it is an automatic injection by moolticute.

both cases are on two different Win10 computers, same keyboard configuration.

in resume, in the two cases, all is fine if you use moolticute to send the login/password (but not if you use the manual method)

The caps lock state is set system-wide, but a feature request is present on our repository: https://github.com/mooltipass/minible/issues/280
so far it hasn't really been upvoted...

harf... you got it right.... I checked with my wife and it's just like you said... mooltipass doesn't take into account the caps lock state of the current physical keyboard ..... now the question is WHY???

I just didn't understand why the minible (and also the original mooltipass : i just checked) which is itself a "pseudo" keyboard used the caps lock state of another keyboard to invert the caps of a login/password.
