NEW FEATURE... BUDGETS, How do you want them to work?

I will be adding Budgets to Moola, to help you further take control of your finances. How would you guys like this to work? I would like this to be an extremely useful feature, giving you tons of feedback and oversight on how you use your money. 

On a side note: I was thinking of rewriting a lot of the backend code, moving your data to the cloud so you can synch with a partner (or your other devices), but I think that Budgeting adds more value than that would right now... unless I get feed back that you want this instead. But the thing about moving your data to the cloud would be that I would have to find a way to pay for the storage and I absolutely refuse to pay for it by pushing ads on you, so I'd have to charge a subscription fee. I was thinking $1 a month would cover it.
