FormCheck for MooTools 1.3

Hi there,

do you know if the author of this greatfull extension is planning to
support MooTools 1.3 or greater? I know it still can operate if you
choose the backwards compatibility version of 1.3, but guess there
will not be an 1.4 compatible with 1.2.

I've tried to contact authors a long time ago.
And asked fyrye at github 7 days ago.
With no response.

Maybe it's time to do something for further development.
