MooEditable & jQuery sliding panel

Hello,
I’m triying to put MooEditable Editor in a jQuery sliding panel,
developed by web-kreation.
when I include the editor after the panel in the code, it looks right.
but in the panel itself the editor looks pretty weird. please, see the
exapmle: http://www.kazun.eu/admin/ajax/MooEditable/Demos/MooEditable/mootools_jquery.htm
any idea, why is it so?
It would be great, if you could give me some advice.
