to moodle-br

we have high loading on our site using moodle 3.5 .

despite of having 7000 users , sometimes having 1500 users concurrent leading to high load on server.

we decided transfer data from mariadb to postgresql.

Transferring data from mariadb to postgresql using DBconvert Studio and change config.php setting resulted in show a message
