can't upload to new server. oop programming part 1

I created the a new account for the new server, but netbeans doesn't allow me to upload my old excercises to it, The button "run tests locally" just doesn't light up. So for now I just stayed logged in to the old one and keep doing the exercises there.
is there a workaround to this?
Btw, do I need to upload the last hundred exercises to the new server? I like having everything marked as submitted, but I fear that I will lose the progress or the courser won't be recognized if I don't have everything by the end.
