Connection fail - cannot connect through TMC Netbeans

Hi,

I cannot connect to TMC in Netbeans. I have signed up now for multiple accounts to try to get a connection. Nothing works. 

What should I do?

I keep getting the error 'Course Refresh Fail' Check username and password. 

But my username and password is correct, I have tried to create another account just to check. No matter what it will not connect.

Do you use proxy to connect to internet? If so you need to tell NetBeans to use that proxy too.

Tools -> Settings and you probably have proxy settings in the first tab.

Or maybe your antivirus/firewall is blocking the connection?
