Ihave a pvz2 account. I have completed almost all the worlds. It needed to make and update, and I did it. After that,I opened the game and it saw that my user was not there and when I click to play it opens a new game. When I click on the vdeo game control, next to a tool, I can see my achivments. Did I lost my account? Will I be able to play again with it? How can I do this? Plese, I need your help, I don't want to lose my account!

today I have the same problem. Yesterday I played as usually and today my account/user is gone. All my achievements are still available, cause I had my account lynced with my google account (I have only 1 account). I wasnt doing anything on my phone, no update or anything at all with the game.

Sadly EA HELP can't/ won't help unless players can provide the correct id number and the only thing they might be able to do for you is replace any plants you paid cash for if you can provide them with proof of purchase.

Me too! I don't have my player ID either so I'm guessing I've lost my game progress as well even though my Google play kept my achievements from the game???? That seems like a fixable problem in the 21st century, right? This stinks!!! ?

I did the EA registration thing from P vs Z 2 loading page and I clicked the reload my progress button but nothing. I'm waiting now for the "up to 72 hrs" to hear back from EA but I def don't have my user ID sooo.... I'm prob screwed. I'm pissed actually....

Oh no, I didn't know that I have to know my id number. My pvz2 suddenly turned reset I guess and I can't get it back even though I've verified my account. This happened to me twice. For the first time it happened, I thought it was my phone problem and I changed to a new phone but now I reliese that this is a game problem. It is really frustrating. Can I check my id number back? Or it is permanently disappeared??
