Problems getting Black to work with vscode

Hi Montreal Pythonistas:

I am setting up vscode on Ubuntu. I have created  a virtualenv and installed Black. I have made Black my formatter and set up the editor to format on save. I wrote some sample code but it won't format upon saving. I've tried solutions on Stackoverflow but nothing.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
