...to work on contract “part-time++” (20-30 hours/week)
...with flexible hours at our Montreal office location
...receiving competitive compensation ($30-$40/hour, DOE)

...informal, but very goal-oriented
...challenging, with good opportunities to learn
...a good place to express your creativity!

<b>Candidates must...</b>
...have experience coding in Ruby on Rails
...have strong OOP design skills, and experience with an OOP language
(Ruby, C++, Java, Delphi, C#, etc.)
...have experience with version control (SVN, CVS, ClearCase, etc.)
...understand standard design patterns (hint: we’ll ask you about
“Gang of Four”)
...be self-starters, and have proof of productivity (open source
contributions, for example)
...be problem solvers and quick learners – this is a must!

<b>It would also be nice for candidates to have...</b>
...experience with Ajax and JavaScript (working with JQuery or
Prototype, for example)
...experience with Agile development methodologies
...strong communication skills
...academic qualifications (computer science, software engineering,
etc.)... but self-taught is ok too!
