Rails Developer Needed

inspire2go Inc.( www.inspire2go.com ) is building a large scale web
2.0 travel site. Based on user-generated content, inspire2go is a
travel "discovery" application that that will use proprietary
algorithms to provide personalized recommendations of travel
experiences and allow users to engage in a vibrant on-line community.

We have started a closed Beta and conducted formal 'Usability
Testing'. We are looking for developers to complete the development
based on the test results.

We are seeking contract-based part-time or full-time Rails developers
who want to work 'from home' (e.g. from their home or own office).

The relevant technologies include:

* Ruby and JavaScript development languages
* "Ruby on Rails" application framework (development, testing and
deployment)
* HTML (with CSS) and AJAX user interface
* MySQL relational database
* memcached distributed object caching system
* Unix host environment
* Nginx web server
* Subversion software configuration management
* TRAC issue and bug tracking environment

Our priority is to find smart, efficient and productive individuals
with Rails experience. The other stuff is a bonus.
