Greetings!

Anybody would like to organize a meeting or just a hangout at an Irish pub or something?

I hear there's new Clojurians in town looking to meet kindred spirits!

It'd be great for someone or an organization to take on the leadership to organize regular meetings!

I'm in (for participating, of course :-) )

Thank you Jeff!

I recently moved to Montreal. Nowadays I work mostly in JavaScript, but I'm learning Clojure and am keen to meet people here! Even a simple chat around a good pint of beer sounds great :)

Do you guys have a particular venue you are used to going to in past hangouts? I'm still discovering the city, but I've been to L'ile Noire for a YULDev meetup, and also to Benelux for a JSMontreal meetup. They seemed to have nice rooms with plenty of space (don't know how many of us will show up).

Cheers,
Nico

Meeting for a beer would be good. When are people available? Later this week maybe? I'll suggest Wednesday or Thursday evening just to get the ball rolling.

Hi !

I am in for a Beer this Wednesday or Thursday

Also I am willing to organise a Clojure initiation next week (in French or English, as you want guys). If someone want to help, that would be nice !

Good for Wednesday (tomorrow January 14th) at 6pm!

Below some places I've been to, around Ville-Marie/Berri-UQAM. I guess it's pretty central/accessible to everyone? Open to other suggestions :)
