I admit it's a bit of an act of faith.

I do think it was the same for early bird tickets of either Strange Loop or the Conj. Of course these two are well-established.

I certainly could use a winter between 20 and 25 degrees, not to mention what I imagine to be great food 8D

I registered even though it's completely irrational in my case: haven't been doing more than very occasional Clojure scripts, but I'm a sucker for Clojure conference videos.
