Hello Death Meditators,

I hope you are well and staying cool in this beautiful summer weather. Summertime in Vermont!  The age old time of the "Summertime Scatter" when it becomes increasingly hard to gather humans indoors. This time calls for a break in our in person Montpelier meditation routine.

We will be on hiatus from Death Meditation for at least the next 2 months (July and August) with a plan to pick back up in the Fall.

In the meantime, may we all contemplate our living and dying by noticing that we are alive in this moment. That our eyes can see the bright greens of the hillside, our tongues can taste the sweet maple of creamees, and our fingers can sense the cool water in the pond because we are, in fact, alive.
And one day, we will die.

Take good care! See you on the other side,
