Death meditation this week

[Montpelier Death Meditation]

Hello all, we had such a meaningful sit earlier this month and I am so looking forward to seeing you again. 

We will sit for death meditation (Maranasati) this Friday August 15th, 2025 from 5:00-6:15pm, and continue on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month.

Please, come to my office at 15 State Street in Montpelier, Suite 203 on the second floor.  I have pillows and blankets as well as some chairs for your use.  Please, feel free to bring your own meditation cushions or zabutons if you'd like.
