Todownload the latest drivers & utilities for your printers and multifunctional systems please enter the model name - e.g. "e-STUDIO5008LP" or "B-EX4T1". Before installing a driver please make sure it can be used with your system by checking the list of models in the Related to section.
You must confirm that you download the correct file for your printer. The Japanese and Chinese versions of drivers require models for Asian. They will not work in the standard printer model when the built-in Japanese and Chinese fonts are selected.
If you need the Japanese version of driver, download from Japanese web site

I'm using Ubuntu since few month(january 2013) and I'm still a beginner.I want to know if is it possible to install any version of ubuntu on my new toshiba satellite pro L830 15K and if there will be any problem of compatibility.I put a link with the features of that machine.
In order to install the correct graphics driver for your laptop, open the Ubuntu Software Center and search for ATI binary X.Org driver. You can find this package the easy way if you just search for amd. From the ATI binary X.Org driver description in the Ubuntu Software Center:
From my own personal experience on hardware similar to yours, I would say that you should expect splendid graphics performance from the ATI binary X.Org driver. There are also slightly more up-to-date versions of the same driver available at the AMD website, but I stuck with the ATI binary X.Org driver package that I installed from the default Ubuntu repositories, and I have never had any problems with it.

Hey guys, I may be late but I hope this helps someone. I manage to install the touchscreen drivers in Windows 7. Visit this page and select windows 7 from the OS dropdown list. I installed the single touch driver and it works just fine.
I have Win 10 LTSC working, but require 1 GB ram. Toshiba manufacturer was no help, as they directed me to US/CAN distributor for Toshiba ST-A10-152K-QM-R Anyone know specific 1GB ram to get for this system motherboard?
I have win 10 ent 2019 2 gb ram and seems to work fine. I tested with another product with customer display, scale, scanner 2 drawers and 2 printers. I tried using Samba, but trail did not work using 2 printers. edit post
In reference to this scenario, just to let you know, all the proper drivers for your system are provided by Toshiba directly, they are the ones that customized the drivers and validate them to be installed in your platform while using the proper Operating System version.
So, even though Intel technical support will no longer be provided for this kind of products, still, as an option you may want to try our Discontinued Products Community to get recommendations from fellow community members:
First of all, I am at the head of the queue when if comes to being upset with Intel for not providing driver and firmware downloads for their products for a *significantly* longer period of time. This notwithstanding, I am on Intel's side in this particular argument.
Toshiba sold you this laptop. Your warranty, while it existed, came from Toshiba. You do not have -- and, in fact, *never* had -- any warranty from Intel. If there is any legal obligation to make drivers available, it rests solely in the hands of Toshiba. Their product; their responsibility.
While Intel had an obligation to maintain and provide Toshiba with drivers for a certain period of time, Intel has never had any obligation to maintain driver downloads for Toshiba. Their product, their responsibility.
In the computer industry, equipment becomes obsolete in 18 - 24 months. In the computer industry, the expected lifespan of a product is 3 - 6 years. In the computer industry, equipment typically lasts 5 - 8 years. A rule of thumb that is often used states that equipment should be replaced if the cost of repair is higher than 25% of the cost of the replacement equipment.
I am surprised you have not attacked the manufacturers of these old games, claiming they should update them to work on Windows 10. Or, attacking Microsoft for not maintaining compatibility with these old games.

We have just purchased a Zbook 15u G3 that has a Toshiba m.2 NVME drive in it. This is the first one we have gotten with this drive, as the others have the Samsung 951 drive. We use MDT 2013 to deploy Windows 7 to our PCs and laptops which I have the Samsung driver injected into the image as well as the Microsoft updates. The problem I am having is, when I deploy our image to the laptop with the Toshiba drive, I get the wonderful blue screen because I don't have the drivers for the Toshiba installing during the imaging process. I have the Samsung drivers loading and I can deploy with no issues at all, but cannot without the NVME drivers for the Toshiba drive. Is there anywhere I can get these drivers?
Already have those, that's for the OCZ drive that Toshiba makes. Those won't work. Just like the Samsung 950 drivers will not work for the Samsung 951 OEM drives. I'm needing the drivers for the thnsn5512gpu7
That's odd. I had the same problem with our second batch of Zbook 15u G3. First one had samsung ssd so that was pretty easy. The second batch used some kind of generic MS driver which I couldn't get even by using Drivergrabber and those were Toshiba 512 GB ssd. Ended up with a nice nice BSOD after first reboot when deploying from sccm 2012 until I added those toshiba drivers to the driver package.
Well, dummy me. The OCZ drivers worked. When I put them in MDT I had not imported them into the 15u, only the 17 G3. The laptop is up and running with no problems now. It made me think when you mentioned the drivers and I looked.
CompactFlash (CF) is a mass storage device format used in portable electronic devices. The format was first specified and produced by SanDisk in 1994...CF cards can be used directly in a PC Card slot with a plug adapter, used as an ATA (IDE) or PCMCIA storage device with a passive adapter..."
I was initially trying to get my PCMCIA cards working on my Toshiba T4850CT running DOS 6.22, and Windows 3.11 for Workgroups. After a few days, I gave up and installed Windows 95B (OSR 2) instead. PCMCIA slots worked right after install. You will still need the actual drivers for other cards, but some PCMCIA cards like the 3COM 589 series NICs have their drivers included in Windows 95. Once I had the network card working, I stopped trying to get the CF card working.
You need SystemSoft CardSoft. And in addition you will need the "SS365SL.EXE" driver file present in the CARDSOFT folder on the floppy before install. IIRC this is the controller that the laptop uses and installation will only be successful if the aforementioned file is in the aforementioned folder on a real floppy (or at least root folder of drive A:, as the install procedure is hardcoded when it comes to folders.)
I installed the drivers on my Satellite Pro 410CDT successfully, yet I cannot get my PCMCIA CD-ROM drive to cooperate with it. I disabled the ones that were less relevant to my needs and disabled the ATA driver since that was only meant for the PCMCIA flash storage. Am I missing something here? It's an IO Magic PSCD-740 PCMCIA CD-ROM drive.
I'd have to run it by @videostorm to see if it would work with their Netplay setup. Do the Insignia offer IP drivers because the online driver database is empty? They mention Toshiba FireTVs and Sony Android TVs. I am looking for something cheap to stick in a corner in my home office to listen to the news, etc. Video Storm also mentions Hisense but I am fairly sure there are no IP drivers.
Don't know, just a guess that the API would be similar as the Roku TVs all seem to use the same API. I don't the the FireTV API is as well-documented as Roku, but I guess you don't have a choice as you need FireTV to act as a Videstorm Netplay receiver.
well I can use any TV and then get a Fire TV or a Nvidia Shield I am just looking for a 1 wire cheap quick solution. Though the Sony is more money, by the time I get a cheaper TV plus a streaming box + something to clamp it/mount it behind the TV + IRUSB, etc I might as well just get a better TV and get the Sony for a few more bux. But all in if I can get something at half the price then I'd rather do that.
I agree - the one device/source solution is way easier. The problem is that FireTV is more "open" in that it is kind-of an Android TV device. But it doesn't really have a very open API to control over IP. The Roku is the opposite - it is a closed Roku ecosystem, but they have a very open API that is very easy to control over IP. And there is no Netplay app for Roku even if you wanted to go that route.
Prior to any of this happening i had the laptop running at a much cooler rate running high end programs and games at consistent heat levels, it was after i decided to reformat from scratch and personalise windows 7 my way that things started to creep up.
