Culpepper Garden -- a delightful Sat. Morning Project April 28

It's spring - rain, and sun, and flowers, birds, and bees, and pollen. And a time when we all want to get out and feel the love in the world and maybe even spread a little goodness here and there.

 

Well, this Saturday, you'll have a chance to do just that at the Culpepper Garden Assisted Living Center, 4435 N. Pershing Drive, at 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. We'll gather there with recycled paper, food coloring, rolling pins, and geometric cookie cutters to make easy, pretty "seed starters." 

It'll be an easy fun morning that is going to help cheer some seniors who are living in this group home for low-income elders. Just imagine how it would feel to wake up on an April Saturday morning in your 79th or so year, and learn that there are a group of younger people who brought in a fun craft to share with you - eureka! Instant life renewal.

So come spread some love this Saturday and get that instant life renewal energy going!
